el99 Terms & Conditions

Minimum Age

The el99 platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. el99 will conduct age verification checks using NID (National Identity Card), passport or other accepted government-issued identification. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended without notice, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balances (including winnings) will be forfeited in their entirety. el99 reports underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities where required.

Geographic Restrictions

el99 is operated for the Bangladesh market. Access to and use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing el99 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. el99 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside its operating market.

Capacity to Contract

By registering an account, you warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without their knowledge, and that your participation in gambling activities is entirely voluntary and for entertainment purposes. el99 may refuse registration or suspend an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe these conditions are not met.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on el99. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether in your own name, a different name, or through another person — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, el99 will close all but one (at its discretion), and any balances or bonuses held in the closed accounts will be forfeited. Winnings accumulated while multiple accounts were in operation may also be voided.

Account Verification (KYC)

el99 is required to verify the identity and age of all players as a condition of operating a fair and responsible platform. Verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport) and may additionally require proof of address and proof of payment method. KYC must be completed before a player's first withdrawal can be processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following request will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. el99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure. You agree to notify el99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your el99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any positive real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and wagering checks having been completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure. el99 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without cause, subject to the return of any verified positive real-money balance.

Accepted Payment Methods

el99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and other supported Bangladeshi bank accounts. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). el99 does not accept payments from credit cards issued outside Bangladesh and does not support cryptocurrency transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Payment methods available to a specific account are determined at registration and may vary based on player location.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically completed within the same business day. Withdrawals submitted after this time or on public holidays are processed on the next available business day. el99 reserves the right to extend processing times for additional verification where required. el99 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are only available to players whose accounts have been fully verified through the KYC process. Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. el99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

Declined Transactions

el99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction cannot be verified against the account holder's identity. Where a transaction is declined, el99 will notify the affected player via the contact details on their account and will provide a reason for the decline where it is legally permissible to do so.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the el99 welcome bonus of 200% up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically and does not require a bonus code. The welcome bonus is subject to a 15× wagering requirement (calculated on the bonus amount only). The bonus must be wagered within 30 days of being credited, after which any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited. The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household. Maximum bet per spin or round while a bonus wagering requirement is active is ৳500.

Ongoing Promotions

el99 regularly offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, seasonal offers (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day promotions), and cricket and sports betting specials. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of offer. General eligibility conditions apply: players must be fully KYC verified, must not be self-excluded, and must not have breached these Terms to be eligible for any ongoing promotion.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

el99 actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent, coordinating with other accounts to exploit offers, or using technical exploits to gain an advantage. Where bonus abuse is identified, el99 reserves the right to void any bonus balance, cancel any associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

Game Outcomes and RNG

All casino game outcomes on el99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the game's provider. el99 does not influence, manipulate or have the ability to alter any game outcome after a round has commenced. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the provider's technical rules, which are published by the relevant studio. el99's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the player's original stake.

Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets on el99 are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) or, in the absence of an official result, according to el99's own market rules. In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet is accepted. If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to el99's market-specific rules, which are published on the relevant betting page. el99 reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error or data feed error is identified.

Maximum Winnings

el99 applies maximum single-session win limits per game category. These limits exist to protect the integrity of the platform and are published on the relevant game or betting page. Where a player's winnings exceed the applicable maximum in a single session, el99 reserves the right to cap the payment at the published maximum and void any excess. Players are encouraged to review maximum win limits before placing large stakes.

Player Protection Tools

el99 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders (alerts after a set duration of continuous play), cooling-off periods (temporary access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) and self-exclusion (account suspension for a player-chosen period from 30 days to permanent). All tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. Self-Exclusion

A player who activates self-exclusion will have their account suspended for the chosen duration. During the self-exclusion period: all login access is disabled, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and paid to the player's verified method, no promotional communications will be sent to the player, and the player will not be permitted to open a new account on el99. el99 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion, but the player acknowledges that el99 cannot guarantee prevention of access in all circumstances (e.g. where a player creates a new account with different details). Permanently self-excluded players will have their account closed and may not re-register.

Underage Gambling Prevention

el99 is committed to preventing underage gambling. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor in your household may have accessed or may be able to access el99, please contact our customer support team immediately. el99 will take all reasonable steps to assist, including account verification checks and, where appropriate, account suspension. You may also wish to use third-party parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.

Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities: use of stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods; provision of false identity documents during KYC; chargebacks or payment reversals that are not the result of genuine unauthorised transactions; any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical exploits, collusion or software interference; and any form of money laundering or use of el99 to process proceeds of criminal activity.

Collusion and Match Fixing

el99 actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of collusion between players or any involvement in match-fixing. Where el99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has placed bets with advance knowledge of a fixed outcome, or has coordinated betting activity with another party to exploit el99's markets, all associated bets will be voided, all winnings forfeited and the account permanently closed. el99 co-operates fully with relevant sports governing bodies and law enforcement in cases of suspected match-fixing.

Automated Betting and Software Exploitation

The use of bots, automated betting systems, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software designed to place bets or interact with el99's platform without genuine human decision-making is strictly prohibited. el99 employs technical detection systems to identify automated activity and will void all bets placed by automated means. Any winnings generated through automated betting will be forfeited in full. Reverse engineering, scraping or crawling any part of el99's platform is also prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, el99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other theory, even if el99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. el99's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits el99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, bonus calculation or account balance, the player must contact el99 customer support within 14 days of the disputed event. el99 will investigate all disputes within 10 business days and provide a written response. All game round and transaction data is logged by el99's systems and this data will be used as the primary evidence in any dispute. Where a player disagrees with el99's final decision, they may escalate the matter in writing to el99's compliance team at [email protected]. el99's decision on disputes, following escalation, is final.

Amendments to These Terms

el99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, account verification requirements or responsible gaming tool availability — el99 will provide a minimum of 7 days' advance notice to affected registered players via the contact details on their account. For non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates to contact details), el99 may make changes without advance notice, with the updated Terms taking effect immediately upon publication to this page. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.
